1 year warranty on manufacturing defects
- Warrants to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
- This Limited Warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from “acts of nature”, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation.
- Rubber and/or silicone are considered consumables and are therefore excluded from the provision of the Limited Warranty.
- This Limited Warranty also does not include the "wear and tear" factor due to the normal usage of the customer.
100% satisfaction guarantee
- All wipers are covered with a Free 3-month satisfaction guarantee, you may pay a little more to get it extended for another 3 months.
- Only applies to wipers. Other products are not covered under this clause.
- Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers basically all wiper issues that you face. Just contact us as long as your Wischer wipers are not performing up to your expectations.
30 days money back guarantee
- In the event that you are not satisfied with our products, kindly raise a return & refund request by contacting us via email or chat.
- Products must be returned to us to get a refund. Delivery fee is paid by the buyer.
- Money back guarantee only applies to wipers. Other products are not covered under this clause.
