Thank you for visiting and shopping at wischer-wiper.my.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you think there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, you may contact our customer service for enquiry.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method

We generally ship our parcels using J&T or Poslaju. 

 

Estimated delivery time

West Malaysia: 2-4 business days (estimated)

East Malaysia: 3-7 business days (estimated)

 

 

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. Kindly contact our customer service should you think the delivery is taking unusually long.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

wischer-wiper.my not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

wischer-wiper.my​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.

1 year warranty on manufacturing defects 

  • Warrants to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
  • This Limited Warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from “acts of nature”, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation.
  • Rubber and/or silicone are considered consumables and are therefore excluded from the provision of the Limited Warranty.
  • This Limited Warranty also does not include the "wear and tear" factor due to the normal usage of the customer.

 

100% satisfaction guarantee

  • All wipers are covered with a Free 3-month satisfaction guarantee, you may pay a little more to get it extended for another 3 months.
  • Only applies to wipers. Other products are not covered under this clause.
  • Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers basically all wiper issues that you face. Just contact us as long as your Wischer wipers are not performing up to your expectations.

 

30 days money back guarantee

  • In the event that you are not satisfied with our products, kindly raise a return & refund request by contacting us via email or chat.
  • Products must be returned to us to get a refund. Delivery fee is paid by the buyer.
  • Money back guarantee only applies to wipers. Other products are not covered under this clause.
