IS IT HARD TO INSTALL THE WIPER?
No it’s extremely easy! Just follow our installation video and you’re good to go. If you still have difficulties in installing, you may seek our advice by sending us a message in social media or whatsapp.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY WARRANTY?
You don’t need to register your warranty as we simplified the process for our customers. The period starts counting on the day you received our parcel based on courier tracking updates.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY WARRANTY?
First, snap a clear video and/or photo (preferably video as a video speaks a million words!) showing the problem you faced. Then send it to us and we will be happy to assist at the soonest.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I PURCHASED THE RIGHT WIPER?
We truly understand that it can be very confusing since we have so many car models available. You just have to send us a photo of your car (front and back) and we will be happy to share the right link to purchase.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "ORIGINAL RUBBER" AND "SILICONEX" WIPERS?
There are mainly two types of wipers in the market - rubber and silicone. All OEM car manufacturers use only wipers made with rubber because it has the least possibility of making a squeaky sound while wiping due to its softness. However, it is not as durable as silicone wipers.
Silicone wipers are more durable in nature and more heat resistant. It’s wiping performance is also better than rubber wipers. However, silicone wipers tend to have a higher chance of squeaky sound. To solve this, we recommend customers to use our coating spray bottle so that your windscreen is smooth enough to minimize the unpleasant sound.
HOW DO I INCREASE THE LIFESPAN OF MY WIPER?
Making other factors constant, we recommend you to always smoothen your windscreen by using our coating spray product so that the frictional pressure can be reduced. A rough windscreen can always reduce the lifespan of your wiper especially under our Malaysian hot weather.
